How do I place an order?
Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart button". Then click on "complete order" to pay. Enter your details and go through the steps. Only when you press the "Confirm order" button will your order be final. Click here for more information about the ordering process.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, you can provide us with a different delivery address when entering your personal information. You will receive the invoice from us via email.
Will I receive a message when I have placed an order?
After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice from us at the email address you provided.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, we advise you to contact customer service.
Do I need to create an account when ordering?
It is not mandatory to create an account. You can also order as a guest, where your data will not be stored. However, creating an account allows you to order without having to enter your details again and again. Furthermore, it offers benefits such as receiving our newsletter, exclusive discounts and special offers. You can register immediately, or start shopping immediately and create your account when completing the order.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy and only takes a few minutes. To register an account, click on 'sign up'. When you click on this, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to provide your details. Registration is only necessary once. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been successfully created. Once your account is active, you can log in with your email address and password when you visit our webshop.

When will my order be delivered? And what are the delivery costs for my order?
The estimated delivery time and costs depend on the country where the product is sent to. As soon as your order has been sent you will receive an email with information about the shipment and a Track & Trace. All prices include VAT. Please note that delivery times may be longer during vacations and offers.

We wait until the order is complete so that we can ship it to you in one go. In practice, this will almost never lead to a delay.

Where can I get a discount code?
On our website you can indicate that you wish to receive promotional email messages from us. You will then be informed of all our offers and promotions. You can register for this via your account on our website. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for one by entering your email address on our newsletter web page. How do I use my discount code?
Your discount code must be entered in a field in the 'Order overview', which states 'enter your discount code if you have one'. Click 'apply' to apply the code. You will then see that the discount is deducted from the total amount on the right. Please note that only 1 code can be used per order.
Can I use multiple discount codes at the same time?
You can only use 1 code per order. If you have multiple discount codes, you can place separate orders and use a discount code per order.
