Step 1: Download and print the return form
You don't have a printer?
Write your own note wich contains:
1. The date on which you return your items
2. Your name
3. Your ordernumber
4. The items which you wish to return
5. The reason for return
6. How we may process your return
7.If you receive a damaged item, please send a photo of the damage by e-mail to info@leshumbles-official.com, including your order number
Step 2: Fill in the return form completely
Use the link from step 1 to download the return form.
Make sure you fill in the return form completely and ship it together with the items you wish to return
This is very important for the processing of your return!
Always keep the Track & Trace code of your return, you are responsible for your return.
Step 3: Pack the products including the return form in the original packaging provided
Return conditions
• All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• All products are unworn and unwashed.
• We cannot accept returns for underpants, swim trunks and pierced jewelry due to hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.
• The cost of returning products to our office is the customer's responsibility.
• All products must be returned in their original packaging.
• The original Les Humbles tags are still attached to the product.
• The cost of returning products to our office is the customer's responsibility.

Exchange and refund
We are happy to offer an exchange, shop credit or refund if the product is defective, we offer an exchange for unworn items that are returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form completed in full. Please note that all responsible return charges apply to the customer. Refunds and exchanges are only given on items that are returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. If we not do not receive your return within the 14-day period, we can only offer to send it back to you (at your costs) as refunds won’t be won’t be available after this timeframe. Items returned as defective and showing signs of damage that are not due to a manufacturing defect will not be accepted. This also applies to accidental, malicious or carrier-bound damage. Moreover, underpants, bodies, swimwear and pierced jewelry can not be returned or exchanged. Once we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 5 working days to process your refund, depending on the processing times of the applicable financial institutions.
Late or missing refunds
In case you haven't received a refund yet, please check your account balance with the payment method used. Please note that it always takes some processing time before a refund is made. In case you have already contacted your payment carriers and banks and regardless of whether you have not yet received your refund. Please contact us via our email info@leshumbles-official.com
Standard refund method
Refunds will receive the same payment method and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase (with the exception of gift certificates and e-card cards, in which case you will be refunded a credit on a new gift certificate).
Defective items
We will return a product for defective products if it does not meet its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy depends on the product category and the reason for failure. We will not return a product for defects if it is not covered by our warranty or if the product has been damaged during use in a manner not intended. The intention of use is at the discretion of Les Humbles and will be judged in a reasonable manner. If you have received an item that is defective, or have received the wrong item in your delivery. We will help you to rectify this as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to info@leshumbles.com with the image of the article with the error, a description of the article and your order details.
Damaged goods during shipment
Make sure you check your item(s) as soon as you receive your package. Shipping takes place immediately when you order an item from Les Humbles. Any damage as a result of the delivery must be accounted to us within 14 days after receipt of the article(s). In case you receive your item(s) and it is damaged during shipment, please send an e-mail to info@leshumbles-official.com immediately. Add a picture and description of the damaged goods. This information is very useful for us to ensure that our items are properly bundled and shipped. We will refund the damaged goods and you can re-run the order.
